BioI joined this community because this seems to be consuming my life. All I think about is food :(....how much I ate, how little I ate, how many calories are in this, etc. It felt really good to come to this site and know I wasn't the only fool thiking about this shit constanly. I'm always trying to lose weight and I get very frustrated when I can't get the fucking scale to go DOWN! I just want to say that it's really nice to hear from all of you who are feeling some of the same things. Thanks :)
